A VR Trip to space
🚀 Our 5th graders traded their desks for moon buggies today thanks to a cart of VR headsets purchased by our amazing Meadowbrook PTO! They virtually flew to the moon and explored the lunar surface – all while enhancing their current space unit! 🤯 Talk about an out-of-this-world learning experience!Â

Proposed Building Plan
Replacing Meadowbrook School and renovating and building additions to the other three schools was approved by 63% of voters on April 1. The next step is design development and staff/community engagement. Details coming soon.

Dr. Ginny Hiltz, a nine-year principal of Greenbriar School with more than 20 years of experience as an educator, has been appointed the new principal at Meadowbrook School for the 2025-26 school year, Superintendent Dr. Jason Pearson announced on Wednesday, Jan. 29.

The Young Explorers leadership team launched a new podcast, The Power of Play. In our first episode of The Power of Play, we talk about the role of play in the development of cognitive functions, such as problem-solving, memory, attention, and abstract thinking.
